All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images and descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matches due to screen differences. A purchase contract is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

Pricing & Payment

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to the various countries. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other third parties. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with hygiene stickers intact. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear bottoms or full swimsuits without the original hygiene liner. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 20 business days after we receive the returned goods. Please see our Returns Policy for full instructions.

 

Product Use

Our swimsuits are made from carefully selected materials. However, individual skin sensitivities and allergies may vary. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that FNA is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other personal health issues caused by product use. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical concerns, please consult the product material details provided and seek medical advice before use. It is your responsibility to properly rinse swimwear after contact with chlorine, salt water, or sunscreen, which can affect fabric longevity.

 

Care Instructions & Product Maintenance

To extend the lifespan of your swimwear, please follow these care guidelines. Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Rinse thoroughly after swimming in chlorine or salt water. Dry flat in the shade. We are not liable for any damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, including but not limited to fabric fading, wear, or damage caused by sunscreen, chlorine, rough surfaces, or improper washing and drying.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product designs, photos, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to FNA. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNA disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Site.
